The ideal candidate would play an essential role in the perception of our design practice and brand by the targeted clientele.
Your role would be to make both HIER and rayonbelge known, and then loved through communication and establishing contacts.
Your role would also include finding opportunities, such as open calls or in the private sector, understanding needs, and making presentations for each. Good communication skills are thus a priority.
You will be involved in all our projects through all their phases: starting with the administrative part, coordination and later communication.
Profile
We are looking for someone with a sense of humor, and responsibility.
Willing to try new things and using new tools (professionally) outside of their comfort zone.
Required qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking
Very good knowledge of French and English. Flemish is always a plus
Taking initiatives, being focused, organized and autonomous, with a good team spirit
Interest in design, architecture and art field
Motivation and ambition to make the company grow and grow with it
Generous with ideas
Not shy, and flexible
Picky and bossy when needed
Type of contract: CDD of 6 months renewable, part-time to full time position, flexible

Builder - Freelance
En tant qu’artisan au sein de notre équipe,
vous participerez activement à la préparation, l’installation et l’assemblage des infrastructures de chantier,
avec un souci constant de qualité, de rigueur et de sécurité.
Dans le cadre de nos projets en cours, le studio Hier est à la recherche d’artisans et monteurs polyvalents pour intervenir sur l’ensemble de nos chantiers.
Vos missions :
En tant qu’artisan au sein de notre équipe, vous participerez activement à la préparation, l’installation et l’assemblage des infrastructures de chantier, avec un souci constant de qualité, de rigueur et de sécurité.
Chez Hier, nous attachons une grande importance à la production en interne, directement dans notre studio.
Vous serez en charge de l’assemblage, de la pose et de la fixation de structures, qu’elles soient temporaires ou permanentes, en lien direct avec les besoins spécifiques de chaque projet. Votre rôle inclura également des interventions techniques ponctuelles en menuiserie, serrurerie, électricité ou plomberie, selon les exigences du chantier. Tout au long du projet, vous assurerez la maintenance et les ajustements techniques nécessaires, tout en veillant au respect des normes de sécurité en vigueur.
Profil recherché :
Expérience significative en fabrication et installation (construction, événementiel, industrie…)
Autonomie, rigueur et sens pratique
Capacité à lire des plans techniques
Permis B exigé – déplacements possibles

Artistic creation, To imagine and design all our clients' physical communication media to be integrated into the scenography of their spaces, for example shop signs.
Working with the studio's founders, you'll take part in the research, creative design and graphic production of content based on a client brief.
